3. How do I clean my coat?

Our products are Dry Clean only and can also be warm ironed. We recommend a lint brush at home to keep your coat looking and feeling amazing

4. Is there a physical store location?

Yes. We operate at the Queen Victoria Market 5 days per week:

  • Tuesday: Stall 87–88, J Shed
  • Thursday: Stall 89-90, J Shed
  • Friday: Stall 25–26, RK Shed
  • Saturday: Stall 107–108, J Shed
  • Sunday: Stall 105–106, J Shed

5. What payment methods do you offer?

We offer direct transfer and PayPal. You can pay on PayPal using your PayPal account. If you no not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay via credit card.

6. What currency do Catcher Coats use?

All prices have a default display in Australian Dollars, including GST.

7. When will I be charged for my order?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken when the order is placed and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
